Shop questions
Can I run a restaurant menu?
Yes. Dishes are made to order — no stock counts — with a preparation time per dish and menu windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do I need a licence?
Prepared food needs a food authority registration (PFA in Punjab, the ICT authority in Islamabad). A pharmacy selling prescription medicine needs a drug sale licence. Upload it once in Licences; everything else you sell is unaffected.
What if I cannot fulfil an order?
Decline, or propose substitutes, before anything is charged — the customer decides. Cancelling after the customer has paid counts against your shop, so answer honestly within the window.
Who sets the delivery fee?
Riders do, by bidding within a floor and ceiling per city, and the customer picks the bid. Your goods price is untouched and you never pay for delivery.
Do I need a point of sale?
No. Stock, hours and orders are managed in the Seller Center today. A point of sale that keeps counter and online stock in sync is on the way.
