Fifteen kinds of shop, and yours is probably one

Each vertical has its own workflow — prescriptions for a pharmacy, made-to-order dishes for a restaurant, weighed produce for the sabzi wala. Pick yours when you register; you can add more later.

Prepared food needs a food authority registration, and a pharmacy needs a drug sale licence. Everything else needs only your CNIC and your shop.

The delivery fee is the rider's own bid and the customer pays it. It never touches your goods value, and you never pay for delivery.

Verified
stock badge for synced shops
A live, synced counter earns the verified-stock badge and a shorter confirmation window on every order. It reverts on its own if the counter goes quiet.

A lapsed plan never interrupts your trade. You keep selling; you lose the badge and the shorter window until it is back.

Shop questions

Can I run a restaurant menu?

Yes. Dishes are made to order — no stock counts — with a preparation time per dish and menu windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Do I need a licence?

Prepared food needs a food authority registration (PFA in Punjab, the ICT authority in Islamabad). A pharmacy selling prescription medicine needs a drug sale licence. Upload it once in Licences; everything else you sell is unaffected.

What if I cannot fulfil an order?

Every order reaches you already paid and packing. If something is not available, mark it on the order: the customer chooses to take the rest — with the money for the missing items back — or to cancel for a full refund, which counts against your shop. Keep your stock and availability up to date and it rarely happens.

Who sets the delivery fee?

Riders do, by bidding within a floor and ceiling per city, and the customer picks the bid. Your goods price is untouched and you never pay for delivery.

Do I need a point of sale?

No, but there is one, and it is free during the launch period — Rs 1,500 a month after it. The counter runs in the browser on a tablet or PC, works without internet, prints 80 mm or 58 mm receipts, takes a USB barcode scanner, and every sale at the till moves the same stock figure your online shop sells from. Shops running it show a stock-verified mark to customers.
