Cancelled before a rider is chosen: nothing charged. Cancelled before preparation starts: a Rs 50 slot fee to the rider. Later than that, the goods and delivery fee may be charged under the terms.

Order from the kiryana, pharmacy, bakery or restaurant down the road. The shop confirms, nearby riders bid to deliver it, you pick the rider — and pay the shop's counter price.
