Questions people ask
Do I pay cash on delivery?
No. Every order is prepaid by card, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Your money is only taken when you choose a rider, and it goes back to the same card or wallet if the order is cancelled before it is prepared.
What does delivery cost?
Whatever the rider you pick has bid, inside a floor and ceiling the platform sets per city from the petrol price and distance. You see every bid and the full total before you commit.
Are the prices the same as in the shop?
Shops on HyperLocal list their counter prices. Because subscribed shops pay no commission, there is no markup to cover one. The Rs 20 platform fee and the card or wallet processing charge are shown on their own lines.
How fast is delivery?
Same day, within the city. The shop's preparation time and the rider's ride are both shown before you pay, and you track the rider on a map once the order is collected.
What if the shop is out of something?
The shop tells you before anything is charged. You can accept a substitute, keep the rest of the order, or cancel for free.
How do I know the order at the door is mine?
The rider shows the order and you share a 4-digit handover code from your order tracker. The rider also photographs the handover, so there is a record if anything is ever disputed.
